Where is the middle ground between being totally burnt out at work and being bored to death? I feel absolutely overworked every single day right now and I hate it. I was supposed to have today off, but I'm doing work while I watch my kids play video games. But I also hear my friends talk about their office jobs where they do 2 hours of work and scroll on Insta the rest of the time which sounds so awful in its own way.
