Yep! Also left public for Siegfried and very happy I did. The recruiters are annoying and I think giving it a bad rep imo. If you are interested, I’d suggest going through someone you know (even if they’re a “random” 2nd connection on LinkedIn). It’ll be more personal and maybe they’ll get you a nice thank you gift or something cause they’ll get a very nice recruiting bonus
Yup! Left public for siegfried and have no regrets. Siegfried recruiters are heavily compensated for each referral which is why they push it so much. If you are able to get an offer, Siegfrieds a great company to work for and amazing benefits.
I had the same experience as SAA1, it sounded too good to be true when the recruiter was telling me about the opportunity, but I took the offer and ran (away from public), and couldn’t be more glad that I did.
People going from B4 to Siegfried have no idea how much the grass is greener at boutique consultancies.
They’re leaving earnings on the table. For example with a 47 billable hour week expectation at Siegfried, elsewhere you’d be earning 7 hours of OT per week (assuming similar workload) paid out at your hourly salaried rate.
I agree Siegfried is an excellent firm! Employee referrals do greatly increase your chances of obtaining an offer. I am happy to share my experience so far and even refer you.
