Which company is better to join Virtusa or HCL?

I have a total of 4.5 years of experience (skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices). I got an offer of 16.81 LPA from Virtusa ( which including 84k is variable and 15.96 LPA is fixed).

From HCL, I got 15 LPA (which includes 10% variable pay). Could you please give your suggestion which is better to join and have more stability and more projects?

Has your pipeline and dating slowed down or is it just me?
