How I’m feeling right now..

How do you deal with anxiety before a big presentation? I really struggle with this and want to get better.

Need your help 🐠 I feel like I‘m always sick (flue like symptoms ~2x per month). The doctors either just treat the symptoms or give me referral for a specialist for one or more symptoms, I feel like I‘m getting nowhere with that. Any advice on what tests I can ask for that helped you in the past? Any recommendations for a more complete checkup in Manhattan (ideally covered by most insurances)? TIA!

Does anyone have experience or know of someone who went on a FWA (part-time) but didn't have kids? I'm unmarried and no kids but considering a move to 30 or so hrs/week for my sanity.

Feel like I’m in a fog. Having trouble focusing, can’t remember shit, I’m depressed and sort of just numb. Is this something therapy can help? Medication? No idea where to start

Had a miscarriage.. it’s my 1st baby and we didn’t find out until 12 weeks (via ultrasound) that the baby passed away at 9 weeks and had to get a dnc. My body is still recovering.. Just want some hope or I guess stories of success after having a miscarriage. I do have pcos so it’s harder for me to get pregnant.. but it still happened. Anyone have any thoughts or advice? Does it get better..?

Hey! I’m new here and would like some input. I’ve been working in a new position for almost 5 months. In that time I’ve witnessed some unethical and lots of unprofessional behavior. I’ve been yelled at and berated by my coworker 3 separate times because of minor errors. I’m ready to quit. There are so many major issues in this company that I don’t know if I want to subject my mental health to this degree of toxicity. I just don’t know how to move forward from here.

What are people’s ADHD med schedules like? I’d love to have coverage that lasts all day, but still lets me sleep.

Taking Concerta in the AM doesn’t give me enough coverage for the whole day. I take it the moment my alarm goes off in the morning at (usually) 6am. Which is great for my morning, but by 3pm I’m starting to fray apart, bouncing around between tasks and getting progressively more distractible and demotivated.

Thinking about getting a fitness tracker, like a Fitbit, anyone have any recommendations? Want to spend under $100, but willing to spend a bit more if it’s really worth it.
