Wondering what the industry average is for a client facing support role to a 401k Advisor? We help with 80 401k plans with assets over $250 million. I have my series 65 license and I feel as if I am under compensated for my experience and being a licensed rep. I have been with the group for 2.5 years now. Thanks!
