I’ve worked for a medical consultant company in Houston the last two years doing various things from billing to patient care to even doing medical records request. I have been looking for a job preferably where I can put my masters in healthcare administration to use but most of the jobs I went to apply for I qualify for everything but the management and supervisory years.

Max 240 hours. Paid for the 6 holidays but if happen to work holidays will get paid 8 hrs for another day off during the same pay period. No 401k

Anyone from Embark able to tell me about some benefits you have. Like how long is Paternity leave and do you have to be with the firm for a year to use it? Also what health insurance do you have? With social security potentially running out, why couldn’t it be an option for the govt to put $5k for every baby that is born in a year into an account Invested in a govt share class S&P 500 fund. Historical average is 10%+, which would provide roughly $2.7 million for a baby born today. Eventually, this would eliminate the need for soc sec tax, and would only cost $18 Billion a year instead of several trillion a year being deposited into the trust.
