Having worked at multiple big box stores, the answer is almost none. The granola bars get better raises than you do.
Walmart gives cost of living raises. But at most it's only 5% per year (sometimes you only get 1-4% or none). If you change positions they will strip that from you. 5% just isn't enough when everything else goes up by 15% per year.
Costco as far as I've seen
Maybe that's why they are always hiring
Costco gives a raise every 1050 hours worked. Starting wage in Canada is $19.50/hour. You make an extra $1/hr for "a scale" positions (cashier, forklift driver etc) top rate is over $30/hour for just general positions. They promote from within, and getting a supervisor position means instant top rate + $1.50/hr premium. Company paid benefits (50% coverage for part time, 80% for fulltime) plus life insurance, sick/disability benefits, with the option to increase coverage for a cost.
