Gays bottom, how do you clean yourself "down there". This year I started to bottom more. I spent the last 5 years being 99% top, so I don't know how to prepare myself. How much water is too much? And so many other questions...Any other technique?

So met a gay guy through some straight mutual friends and we’ve been hanging out (group settings; I invite him to come hang out). I’m getting a lot of mixed signals from him but also I’m fine if nothing comes out of it. But it’s torture lol. Should I ask him what’s up or keep it chill? Don’t want to make things weird bcuz he’s fun to hang out with but also he’s tall, in shape, good looking, and has his shit together. We’re both pretty inexperienced with guys so I’m at a loss at what to do.

Hi everyone - I’m just beginning my career and I’m very proud of the work I’ve done in accepting myself and living openly after having grown up Catholic. Through a lot of self-examination, I’ve started to realize the full extent of the trauma I experienced and held onto from growing up LGBT. I’m honestly surprised that this part of the process isn’t more talked about as it seems to be a relatively common experience. Are there any resources you’d recommend to help with this healing process?

I want to settle down and have a family, but I think I’m too picky.

Decided I finally want to try to get back into shape after years of neglect. I found a personal trainer a few months ago that can work around my schedule, but the quote I received last week seemed really high. It’d be 1-on-1 and at a private studio, so I knew it’d be slightly expensive, but the monthly cost is like $1,500 for 12 sessions. Is that reasonable? This is in a HCOL city.

Looking for some advice. As a member of LGBTQ, is it better to work for smaller or larger firms? In terms of Overall equality, culture, support & embracing diversity.

Also specifically at banking/PE/VC funds in NYC. Appreciate your thoughts and experiences.
