Why are candidates expected to be responsive throughout the interview process, but the company can just quit responding whenever they feel like it? I went through the full interview process with Hyatt Hotels Corporation (four interviews) and then got ghosted. I got very positive feedback after my last interview, the recruiter said they would reach out as soon as the team made a decision. Then they just completely stopped responding to my emails. I didn’t even get an automated rejection email.
