Why are EY experienced hire HR so unprofessional!!
Schedules a call and doesn't show up, then wont reply to mails and calls. Scheduled a meeting to discuss the contract, then delayed it last minute. Today again no show, she just went out of office. Now I am waiting again for her to discuss, so that I can actually sign the contract. I am afraid of completing the process including relocation (from Europe) with this HR now. Anyone who went though this process willing to answer some queries please?

Hey, I received a verbal offer from EY for a role as manager, which was quite a low ball offer. I had received another offer from a different firm and I informed EY HR about it. I was told yesterday that they have an updated offer for me, scheduled the call twice with me but didn't actually call and told me she got occupied in other meetings. Ive accepted an offer going from a SM role to M role at EY in the CCas team , London office. Can anyone confirm how often one needs to come into the office, as my commute is from Hampshire . In my current role I rarely go to the office, i.e once every few months (also in London) and am considering backing out due to the additional commuting cost and less flexible work life balance.
