My favorite is when people don’t know how to do laundry properly and their clothes smell like a moldy basement. I wouldn’t mind if airlines handout hazmat suit of shame to travelers with bad BO to lock-in their stank.
Lol I ended up rephrasing the description of the smell, but I agree. I had to deal with that from Dallas to DC.
I think I’ve seen healthcare workers smear toothpaste in between two disposable masks to try and hide smells before

Smear Vicks in my nostrils. And in her pits.
Ask for a seat change asap! Flight attendants have been sympathetic in the past when the person next to me got really drunk and started heaving, I thought they were going to throw up.
Wow that’s a tough one for sure. I’d tell the flight attendant I’m pregnant and very sensitive to smells. Ask her to swap someone’s seat for yours.
Wear a mask
My buddy went through this on the way home from his honeymoon in Australia. Absurdly long flight. Said he got home and he and his wife felt like they had the stench on their body from the guy

Be very nice to the flight attendants and ask for a seat change
From personal experience, I think it’ll grow on you and get better over time. You’ll get used to it and forget about it. Sorry about this experience, I once had this for 13+ hour flight 🤮
After a couple of hours you’ll get used to it 👍
Mask? 🤣
That's one of the benefits of flying business class or at least premium economy where there is more space. You don't have to deal with the stinky people.
you shouldn’t be smelling anything if you’re properly masked.
