The partners do not have experience in the industry and there are no senior managers or managing directors in that office. I’m a Senior Project Manager at an engineering consulting firm - I don’t have my PE as of yet and my compensation is $100k + bonus. Just a bit of background, at my firm a Senior PM is someone with 8+ years exp. I have 10 years experience and on track to making Principal in a couple of months. I seriously think I’m on the low end of the salary range as a Senior PM. What’s a typical Senior PM or Principal compensation in your firm?

I hardly work for more than 30 mins a day in my current project in a small company. It's server monitoring support work and mostly no issues. I have 15 years work exp but still getting only 11 LPA. Should I remain here for wlb or upskill and move up.

When I interviewed they told me I was not required to recruit but now I’m required to upload 50 “My Relationships” every certain amount of months where other recruiters can technically go after my contacts and recruit them and also am expected to invite potential networking to events and through the beaker model. Is this required? I feel forced and I’ve only been here for less than a month and I’m not loving this approach.

I am given sap as my competency, but honestly I'm not finding it interesting. I was hoping to shift to data analytics(python, sql, etl, powerbi, advanced excel... Working with these techs).
