Talking about Baxter HRs.
For example, Wipro, Infosys, and TCS have strong companies policy. HR can't do anything against company policy. Employees can escalate to top officials, in Baxter HR taking independent decisions within 5 minutes. They are never interested in listening to employees' words. I am sharing a real incident with you. It happened in Bangalore. I am a victim of HR & Manager's wrong decision. Just three months back I joined Baxter as a .NET full-stack developer. I have 15 years of experience in .NET technologies. They assigned complete bug-fixing tasks. That is 18 years old legacy application. No proper KT was given. My onsite manager checked my bug-fixing count using Git history criteria. It didn't show the bug fix count. He must use different search criteria to pull my completed task list. It is the onsite manager's fault. or at least the manager would have asked me about my completed task status(list). He didn't ask anything. Immediately, the manager initiated the PIP program. HR and managers are not allowed to complete the PIP program. They threw me within 3 months. Tell me who made the mistake??. who suffered?? Tell me any professional companies initiate a PIP program within 3 months of a person joining a company? My offshore Team members are excellent and more helpful and productive people. I would say, a good team. But my offshore manager is a liar, His integrity is highly questionable. backstabbing behavior person. His brain never accepts the truth. The offshore manager doesn't have any management skills. But he is a manager. How is Baxter accommodating as a manager? simply wasting money for him. For his salary, at least 5 developers can hire
My offshore manager said if you fail the PIP program you will get an under-performer relieving letter. The offshore manager conveyed the wrong message to me. I thought if I got under performer relieving letter what is the use? How can I join the new company? so I resigned. In the HR discussion, The HR said "The PIP program duration is 3 months we will give a normal exit relieving letter. We are not going to give the under-performer a relieving letter". The HR asked, "Who conveyed the wrong message?". I said "The offshore manager". The HR in front of me scolded the offshore manager. I said, "The offshore manager conveyed the wrong message . I was confused so I resigned. Now I want to continue the PIP program". but the HR canceled the PIP program and canceled the 3-month notice period. They asked me to leave immediately. All mistakes are offshore manager side but the HR punished me because they have power. I would say My offshore manager is a biggest cheater
My offshore manager is a non-technical person. He doesn't know anything about the project. But he is taking a decision. It is a curse.
Because he has power, the HR blindly accepted his request.
Generally, a good manager motivates team members. Through motivation, a manager can bring 300 % of the percentage of work from each team member. But my offshore manager manipulated the reason to kill the innocent employee. This kind of manager must throw away from the Baxter. If Baxter's investors know the truth they will cry

I heard Brutal HR Anshita Singh is not working in Baxter. Baxter's management probably sacked her
some people when they are in power. More ego person, arrogant, giving trouble to innocent employees, and not even listening to employee suggestions for 5 minutes. treat employees like criminals. taking haste brutal decisions. They consider themselves as King of Kings. Once their power is removed (Sacked), they hide their identity in the social media portal.
Advise them. 1) Be honest 2) When you are powerful listen carefully. God gave you two ears to listen to make good decisions
3) Blindly don't support manager requests. Managers are not God
From August to today more than 100 reviews have been posted and given ratings of 5 or 4. It looks artificially posted message. when HR and Managers perform very well Baxter employees will post good reviews. when management is good all employees behave like good ambassadors. Employees will do marketing
