Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .
Thanks

Because they’re too busy competing with each other and dragging each other down rather than lifting their women colleagues up…because god forbid your colleague made it and you didn’t - it’s the end of the world obviously. There’s no way you can be successful then. (Yes, the last bit is sarcasm)

It’s both. I do think you’re right in that the latter is greater than the former, but having women turn against each other still adds to at least some part of it.
Consider this example as a possible reason. When I started elementary school 50 years ago, 16 of the 20 schools in the school district had male principals and 12 of the 20 also had male assistant principals. All 20 had female secretaries. The faculties were about 60% female in the middle and high schools and 80% female in elementaries. By the time I graduated high school, 10 of the 20 had female principals and 14 has female assistant principals. Women made up 75% of high school/middle school faculty and 95% of elementaries. I just looked up the stats for this year and 18 schools have female prinicipals and all 20 have female assistants. The elementary faculties are 97% women and the middle/high are 83% women. As the percentage of women in the ranks increases, the percentage of executives a few years later increases.
