We appreciate it when you only use what is related to the job you are applying.. You can change titles and pivot experience to relate to the job, but please don't add anything that doesn't make sense because this confuses the system and also the people looking at resumes.

I would have a standard resume with all of the experience and then just delete the companies that are completely irrelevant to the position you're applying to. That's what I do. And that's what I recommend my applicants to do.
Career
It depends on how long that will make your resume. If it is going to add too much length to your resume then I always take off the jobs that aren't really relevant to the job that I am applying for. You don't want your resume to be too long.
