I have 12 years of experience in FP&A profile.. Done MBA in 2010.. looking out for a job..anyone has opening in their company..expecting CTC of 25L

I joined FIL in June 2022. I don’t think I’ll be eligible for any sort of increment. But, any idea how much would be my bonus ? My variable pay in OL is 1.70 Lac, and my feedback has also been amazing.

Company y offered 11 LPA

I want to join company x more due to their tech stack, culture etc. It's also an established product based company while y is service based.
How do I initiate negotiations with x? I have plenty of time left in notice, but x also requested to join early (if previous company releases, with buyout+bonus) for which I have discussions next Wednesday.

Does that mean approval by business if yet to be done but extended by HR or something else ?
And how long after this current status can I accept offer letter?

Is there such place as non toxic ID firm? Or does any of ID attys like what they do? I moved from general practice to an ID firm six months ago. Biggest mistake of my life. Is anyone else returning to fully in person learning? We have been hybrid/synchronous since September, which has been very hard and not very effective. They want us to have all Kindergarten students come back in March. I want to stop live teaching over google meet all day while also teaching my students in person at the same time, but there is not enough space in my classroom for safe distancing, not enough space for movement, and sitting at a desk all day is not appropriate for K kids!

What are some easy to make, low stress holiday meals for a school holiday staff party? I was "volunteered" by our principal to set it up this year (🙄). I'm making decorated sugar cookies but kind of drawing a blank when it comes to savory dishes. Bonus points if you have any adult holiday themed games or fun drinks to suggest! It's off school property and there will be a bar (thank god), for context.
