Is it true that I will have to frequently work late at night. Is the shift timings 9 to 6 as the hr told me or it usually extends? Pwc AC PwC

I would take a cut to be working remotely again, but 15 grand, that's a little much. As it happens, I don't have the option anyway. And to some extent I can see the value of having people working in the same place. There's a camaraderie that just can't be replicated on zoom calls.
Plenty of times. Even had to take on 3 jobs at one time and still wasn't making at least 18 an hour because of my background at the time crazy how one charge for defending yourself can cost you a Healthcare career in the state of Florida. "Guess I'll bag groceries "
Nope. The trade-off will never be at my expense. I just feel you should never go backwards in pay. Plus chances of them asking you to RTO after some time are higher these days.
As much as I love remote work, I don't think I would. At least not at my current salary. If I was making double what I am now, I'd definitely consider it. I'm so sick of commuting.

Same... It’s so annoying how sometime it takes me 25 min to get to work… and sometime it takes me an hour and 15 minutes 🫠
Honestly 15k would hurt, that is a lot on my salary. But it was also a lot for gas, for the wear and tear on my car, the mental strain of my commute. Might actually be worth it in my book. Hard to say though I would feel if I was actually in that spot. Fortunately we are still remote.. For now anyways.

Shoot, have there been rumors of RTO?
While I might be willing to take a pay cut for a fuller remote job $15,000 is a bit of a hit I could say five to $6000 is probably fine because that’s how much I spend on the commute in anyway I don’t think I wanna take anything higher than that

I hear you. If you don't mind my asking, what type of non-profit are you in?
