Yesterday I had a Teams interview with the COO of a non profit. She did the interview from her phone but failed to correct her view of how she looked in the frame. I had to look at her nostrils in great detail, the lower part of her eyes for the entire interview. How did she not see this on her frame? It was totally distracting and unprofessional. She was late for my interview and her questions seemed to repeat themselves on content. It gives a bad vibe of culture.

Does anyone struggle with finding good randoms to spot you while bench pressing? I work out at a local park district and every time I’m working with a heavy load, my spotter will immediately cont.
