YOE - 1.5 Years, I am working as a Data Scientist but I don't enjoy it or feel like studying about DL/Gen AI everyday.

I recently explored courses CFA/FRM, seem very exciting. I am thinking of pursuing these and switching to Finance, particularly Risk or Quant.

But sometimes I feel Data Science has better scope due to more hirings, better average packages, etc.

Confused, can someone kindly help. Is it a good career move? Has anyone done it before? Which career would be better in long-term?

I had final round interviews last week for the company I really want to work for. I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon. Should I follow up with the hiring recruiter for the company I want an offer from? Or just move on if I haven't heard back by end of this week?

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.
