How feasible is it transition out of litigation / insurance coverage to more of an in house generalist role?I have some recent transactional experience and used to be a judicial clerk.

Should I stop contributing to my 401K and put all my energy into paying off my student loan? Right now it's unconsolidated so there are rates between 3-6% and it's 20k.

I have chronic health issues and I’m severely depressed. I can’t even get myself to work anymore. If I don’t quit, I’m in serious danger of being fired. I feel that I need to just quit and take time off to get better but feel that it will be a stain on my career. I’m a pretty junior lawyer. Any advice. I just can’t do any work at all and I’m my anxiety and depression is spiraling out of control. I see a therapist I try to cope and it’s not working.

Does anyone have tips on how to prepare for interviews? I do fine on panels and personal interviews. But Every time I have an on camera interview about a project where I have practiced key points to hit- I tend to blank and get over whelmed.

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. Am I understanding utilization rate correctly? It’s chargeable time over total time? Charged 40 hours and had 10 hours non-charge so my utilization is 80%? If so, wouldn’t it benefit me to understate non-charge hours so my utilization is higher since they only really care about chargeable time anyways? Charge 40 hours still but only put 5 hours non-charge for utilization to be 89% instead of 80%? Or am I misunderstanding how utilization works?

Came here to say that I wish I could fully express to my non-parent colleagues how much their support has meant to me. I can cover for them when they have stuff so they can unplug, but I feel like they will never truly understand the gratitude when they offer to do a task for me when my kid is sick, etc. Any ideas on how to pay it forward?

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.
