I have got an offer for the System Architect role at Pegasystems, Current CTC- 20( 18 fixed)..3 days office is must. Offered CTC- 20 fixed...vp and stocks may come upto 23 or so. And permanent WFH. Yoe-5.2 years Tech stack - Pega Am i getting the right package and or is it good make this switch? PS: NOT SERVING NOTICE (90DAYS) Pegasystems

Some UK companies shifting to 4 day weeks, no pay cuts. I’d be willing to do 4/10 hour days if it meant permanent 3 day weekends. Thoughts ?
