Has anyone taken STD/parental leave at both Js?
I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

Everyone is so burnt out these days…. It feels a bit like an epidemic, esp in healthcare.
Some ppl actively work to lessen feelings of burnout by engaging in good coping skills and actively grieving and feeling/releasing their feelings…. some ppl take a vacay and feel better…. And some ppl take a vacay and do all the things to combat burnout.… but still feel the same….. And eventually you get to the point where it's time to take a good hard look within and at your career and evaluate if it's time for a change
Being told your "lucky" to do "meaningful work" is a wonderful way for your employer to make you feel guilty for being tired. Like you should feel rejuvenated every time you go to work because it's helping somebody... Ignoring the fact that you're doing the work of 5 people and you've skipped a meal in peak busy, stressful times.
I'd much rather be realistic. I do NFP work for my community. And I expect rest and to manage burnout using the support from people around me: both colleagues and community.
