Might be the best Japanese bbq I ever had. The garlic sauce and bean sprouts was a new thing for me. They recommended we use the garlic sauce for the meats. It was heavenly!!

This might be one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Try it!

Spinach leaves (shock in ice water bath)
Sliced apple (I like the crisp crunchy ones)
Thinly sliced shallots
Candied Walnuts (I only had sliced almonds)
Dried Cranberries (soak in warm water briefly)
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese (next time I might try with fresh sliced mozzarella or ricotta)

Topped with:
Crispy fried onions
[Mix] Honey Dijon Mustard with Sour Cream (who knew this was a great combo)
Freshly cracked black pepper
