Another thing I like to make with leftovers is fried rice. Just toss anything I have in the fridge for vegetables, crack an egg, soy sauce, msg, and a drizzle of sesame oil

I love doing that. Random fried rice got me through college and I still rely on it some evenings. Just toss in whatever and voila, a meal emerges.

Yup! Definitely my go to meal whenever I'm hungry and don't feel like cooking for long hours. Just stir fry it with whatever veggies and meats you happen to have on hand, an egg or two, and you’ve got a great quick meal!

Haha the joys of not being over 35. After 35, even a little bit of fried rice is sufficient calories for a week lol

As it’s been getting colder I’ve been dabbling in soups. This is a brie and mushroom soup paired with balsamic onion & mushroom toast. It was super tasty and really hit the spot. It can also be used in place of cream of mushroom from a can in recipes if you’re looking for a different taste.
