Lobster!
Oh, those of those sound absolutely amazing! Personally, I am not the biggest lobster/ seafood fan, so I would toss my vote for the beef bourguignon! But again, either of these dishes sounds fantastic and I cannot wait to see the pictures of whichever dish you make on Friday! Have fun!
Looking forward to the pictures! A win-win no matter what you go with, but I’d throw my hat in the beef bourguignon ring. Would be a good starting point as fall is quickly approaching. Starting to shift myself into soup and stew season and am very happy about it!

Friday is the traditional day for seafood. That started as a Catholic practice, of course, but it just spread into the general culture. You can always save the beef for Sunday dinner. That seems to sort it out.
Imo, well made beef bourguignon is about as good as it gets.
