You can never go wrong with a burger !
Haha like most Americans, a burger is one of my favorite foods! Truffle cheese sounds delicious on a burger!! I typically go for classic all american burgers (I think In n Out is the greatest fast food burger ever), but if I'm at a nicer restaurant or something I'll try a fancier burger for sure

Oh what’s your favorite in n out order?

I like to keep it simple with just lettuce tomato pickles and ketchup/mayo.

Simple is classic
A burger should be the epitome of simplicity.
High quality ground beef from a local butcher, not a factory.
Gently formed patties, with nothing but salt & pepper.
Grilled over live fire. Lump hardwood charcoal or the embers of a hardwood fire.
Medium doneness. No more, no less.
Cheese. Easily melted American is a valid choice, as are bleu cheese crumbles. Or both.
Brioche bun from a local bakery. Sesame seeds optional. Toasting over live fire mandatory.
Mayo, salt, and pepper on bottom bun. Only.
Dressed with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle on the side.

I like to do Oklahoma style smash burgers. Double stacked, American cheese. Lettuce/tomatoes/etc in the side.
Also a big fan of mushroom Swiss burgers.

It’s a smash burger but you smash a ball of ground beef on top of some thinly sliced onions
There is no wrong way to eat/make a burger👍
