Have you ever experienced a cultural drift at you company? What caused it? At mine, there was a change of incentives that caused managers to get more micromanaging and totally changed the dynamic.

This year our company fully got rid of the ability to sell back PTO hours when you’ve accumulated a certain amount. Has anyone else seen this change?
