I don't know why I am not getting the job in my field of work I have the experience and education I worked 4 and half years as plant operator I don't know what's lacking I am applying Jobs from last 3 month's still couldn't get the job done I think I will not enter in the oil refinery field again it's sad I am exhausted I don't know where my future is but it's sad I tried everything nothing is working out for me I don't know what I lack as an operator please if anyon can help

OP have you tried having your resume professionally optimized? If you are finding that you aren't even getting calls about jobs it could be your resume. My first step would be to look at my resume. I would also try to get a referral if you can, that can sometimes help you get your foot in the door somewhere.
