Has anyone gotten a salary increase from getting their six sigma certification? I am trying to weigh if it’s worth it.

Depends on where you are and which one you are getting. I’ve known people that did get a salary bump, but they leveraged it for another company, the place we were at wasn’t going to give anyone a raise for anything, but that was a special case situation.

No

Is there justification for getting the certification if there isn’t a salary increase? You might be able to apply the skills but if there’s no long term benefit then it seems pointless.

Just want to cry out here.🙃

I'm not good at my tech stack. I've somehow managed to perform all my tasks without any escalation/blunders but that also by some help/googling.
I also managed to switch from an Indian mnc to a reputed company and now also somehow cleared a FAANG interview, but i know I'm not much knowledgeable in my tech .

I often fail at some interviews badly.
Not sure till when I'll be able to carry forward by this and the hard wlb at FAANG companies is giving me a fear.

Hi fellow PMs, Question for the group: has anyone here made the switch from being a creative agency PM to a digital producer or digital agency PM? I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment? I’m thinking about making the switch myself but I don’t have a digital background.
