What is the best way to enter S&O without an MBA but 3-5 years of BIG4 experience?

I am a Monitor Deloitte strategy SM and being interviewed for a lateral SM role in advisory. How is it different from TAS S&O and Parthenon? I am confused as hell. How do they go to market?

Senior 2-->3 140K home grown. 5 years exp.

Any insight on staff 2 to senior raises this year? Seems like there should be an adjustment since they brought 2017 ots staff 1s in at 70 out of undergrad

What were the staff 2 to senior raises last year? Got almost 30% from staff 1 to 2, but that was so high that I guessed it was a market adjustment

So OTS is now officially S&O. So there’s no Parthenon now - what’s the new structure?
