Partners/Principals - how do you focus and continue to work at the same rigor, if you have made your numbers or 75% of your numbers? Do you take it easy or continue to grind/ work long hours as usual?

How do PPMDs make sure when you are replacing an incumbent, you don't get handed down a broken system ? What sort of knowledge transfer and contractual framework do you get the client to agree to and how do you negotiate on that? I feel clients are not always honest and hide a lot of landmines which a consulting company can walk into and blamed for it.

If I've only had one job so far in my career how do I fill up my resume?

I’m noticing that a lot of recent graduates at my job don’t know many basic computer skills (ie. Copy and paste short cuts or how to use the Microsoft Suite at all). I’ve been tasked with creating trainings to teach them these skills but it’s concerning to see how this new generation is starting to lack these assets. What happened? Hello, I have until the 30th whether to accept an offer as an SaT Senior Director. I’m currently a Senior Manager in EY business consulting. Can anyone share the pay range for Senior Directors in the U.S.? This role would be leading small teams to perform commercial due diligence and manage the daily activities of a distressed capital advisory, acquisition, divestiture, or merger assignment.

I'm about to join EY GDS SAT team as SBA - Strategy. Not from a big 4 background but from business research background.

What type of work can I expect day in day out, culture and most important the tools I'll be working upon. As in my current role we don't have exposure to tools a lot.
