At BCG (1) evaluation is pretty heavily focused on dollars sold (have heard that McKinsey is more focused on 'impact' and 'relationships', even if these are sometimes thinly veiled proxies for revenue) and (2) we are structurally incentivized to involve exactly two other partners in any given project (have heard McKinsey is "the more the merrier").
