How much sleep is everyone allowing themselves during the week? I know this sounds bad, but once I complete my work for the day and finally get the kids to bed, I just want a little time for myself. I know I should go to bed once the kids are down so I can get a full seven hours of sleep but I just want some time for myself. So, I usually don't get to bed until midnight or 1:00 a.m. and then I'm up by 6:30 a.m. hating my life.
