How does everyone talk their clients out of their dumb ideas without offending them? Because I have this one client who has come up with every completely stupid idea in the book and it's like talking to a rock trying to talk him out of it.

How bad is it to leave an understaffed team right before fall busy for a job in a new city? Part of me doesn’t care at all b/c it’s a business decision, part feels like I’m totally screwing the team.
