Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

I do this as well, far too often. I don't have kids but I like the downtime I get when it's later in the evening and everything is finally quiet and there is nothing I need to be doing.
Dude, that’s not enough! If you’re doing this regularly, you’re getting into “Serious health issues” levels of sleep deprivation.
7.5 hours is the minimum for me, anything less and my mental wellbeing starts to suffer.
SAME!
I don't have kids, so that's not in the equation, but (mostly) getting off of social media helped with this.
I alternate between 10:30-6:30 and then midnight to 6:30 for a few days and then back again to 10:30/11. Those hours after bedtime can be precious, but I specifically avoid getting into anything that will suck me in (good shows, work stuff) so I don’t stay up too late.
