Any advice on what to expect during this round? Last round was 3 members of hiring team all different levels of their careers & this time is with two managing directors.

Wondering what type of questions to expect in this round? Maybe more geared to see if my personality is a fit for their team? TIA:)

I want to use a numbering system for cross referencing and basically visual organization. My Ops mgr isn't entirely on board and wants to know why we have to use a setup that works for me while those parts aren't necessarily for everyone.

What would you do if a coworker returned to the office 5 days after testing positive and did not wear a mask in the common area their second day back? Still within the 10 mask period per CDC. Office policy is to adhere to current CDC guidelines. The coworker moved to the back of the room approximately 7 feet away and laughed about it with the only other unvaccinated coworker.
