Long vacations: anyone ever take a long time, something like 3 weeks off, all at once? Repercussions?

I am 11 yrs exp. having two offers in hand - Manager in EY India and Sr. Advisory consultant (band 7B) in IBM. I prefer to join IBM due to WLB as salary offered is same. But is band 7B too low for me? Shall I negotiate further with IBM? Currently SC with Deloitte.

I am a full stack developer with 9.5 LPA and 2YOE in IndiaMart. And have a offer from Uber for data analyst profile with 12.1 Base and 2.5 Performance bonus.
I am so confused, I am getting a brand name like uber and a decent hike at the cost of Changing the profile.
I don't know the future scope of data analyst what should I do.
Any suggestions ??

I got an offer from nuance ( acquired by microsoft) with 10.75 lpa at bangalore fixed as well as from Deloitte India at home town with 7.5 lpa. YOE -2 , Tech stack - AZURE BI Where should I join ? Need suggestion. Got an offer with a product company A through referrel with just 70% hike. They initially told me to not look for any offer as it is a referral.

Now, I got another offer with around 150% in another product company B. Joining date in both are by next week. How to politely reject the offer from Company A ( they won't match the new offer). I am afraid if there is any consequences.
