I have tried as much as , but she is so much adamant. Even she s not ready to give joining bonus.

@Author as far as I know Hitachi vantara has a default policy of permanent wfh in case someone need it. My friend is with Hitachi for more than 5 years and I too had a short stint there. You can definitely ask your HR for a try explaining your problems!
If you mean Publicis Sapient then my preferences would be to go with that. One problem I have faced while I was at Hitachi is they do not have proper systems in place, e.g no proper IT support assistance, No direct HR no., you only need to chat for any HR assistance. Moreover, my personal experience was not good with the project so I left but project always vary among person to person that you know. On the contrary, I haven't worked in Publicis Sapient but heard it is good.
Hitachi for money...later plan to move on after a year.

There are multiple Dot net projects in the company. You will have secure job only when you are on the project. Hikes are in single digit. You can get permanent wfh if your manager approves it.
Not sure if fired or willingly left .

That's true. But pay difference is High. All the companies have learning and growth. It all depends on the person interest.

Personally I would go with thought works because of wfh option.
You would save a lot of money in your hometown.
It will be equivalent to 30 LPA.
It's not just rent, all of the other things go cheaper as well, like medical expenses, food, entertainment.
Plus less stressful and closer to family.
I would have choose thought works and keep on looking for a company with higher package.
I also got same offer from hitachi, but declined due to this reason.
Also just to let you know, there will be 30-40k difference in salary between 30LPA and 20 LPA.
The tax deduction is huge after 20LPA.
You would be getting around 1.3 lakh in 20LPA
And around 1.7 in 30 LPA

The reason I like the interview experience and as well as of now it's WFH only and also they have some WFH policy if really required we can opt for that.
Only reason I am reject thoughtworks because, reach this number after join thoughtworks need take atleast 2 years, so as of now go with high package and give interview with same thoughtworks after 2 years with high package
