Currently have a 1 YOE experience at a boutique investment bank and just did 3 interviews at a bulge bracket but failed to make it pass the last one due to the firm going with another Candidate

I lead our SOC practice for a US mid tier cpa/consulting firm. I've been losing a lot of deals due to lower cost / boutique vendors who are partnered with these SOC automation platforms (Vanta, Laika, etc.). I feel so bad. Almost 30..pcos/no ovulation/high testost/anovulatory/cysts. Lean but unhealthy. I’m talking low iron (14 I found out today),low all vitamins, prediabetic..phew! Taking metformin and progesterone to start my period again 🤓 It’s no wonder I’m not under the earth but self-care is so important. Hoping for 👶🏽 results with my RE once she helps me get my act together 🥺
