Hi guys, I'm a certified workday integrations consultant with 4 years of work experience. Can anyone get me referrals for the same role please?

My coworker consistently comes in 30min -1hr late every day. Plus they have the balls to take long 1hr or more lunches AND leave early. Our manager doesn't seem to notice. How do I bring this up?
