What is work mode right now? WFH or Hybrid?? Any notice from Novartis about initiation of its onboarding process at office?

I have an offer from Xoriant private solutions ltd. and @Mavenir. Xoriant is offering permanent remote. Mavenir has hybrid model and has 2 days work from office- Bangalore. Which one is good in terms of wlb, job security?

We have a project that would generate social impact, and our short term goal is to propose it to ASHOKA to help us develop it.
