72andSunny, VML, Zambezi I believe... 72 for sure where I think men and women get the same leave (which is not common!)
Usually women would get 4 months paid at 100% at most places that are big enough, and men can get 3-6 weeks paid at 50% only. Really gross and perpetuates the stereotype of women needing to be the caregivers, when men also want to spend time with their little ones but sometimes just can’t afford it.
*additional month of flextime = 8hrs off a week for a month before and after
When I was at Havas paternity was 10 business days I believe, so two weeks.
Pledge Parental Leave has a list of agencies that have certified having a few key basics: 3 months paid for primary caregiver, 6 months job security, 3 months continuous medical coverage.
And from personal experience, I know Madwell does 3 months for parental leave for any gender.
I think Havas is 10 weeks
It’s 12 weeks for primary caregivers and 2 weeks for secondary caregivers immediately following birth, adoption or surrogacy.

Grey’s used to be pretty bad, but now theyve upped to 12 weeks with full pay + some other goodies for moms
