Hello! Does anyone know of any openings for diversity and inclusion drivers/promoters in India? I joined as an HR analyst at Accenture as a fresh graduate 3 months ago but this is not really the role I was looking for. I have quite a lot of experience in diversity and inclusion related themes. How do you professionally address a noticeable lack of diversity on your team? More than 85% of my team is white or white passing, and of the remaining individuals none are Black, Indigenous, or AAPI.
Accountability correlates with Responsibility in this way: When a person accepts personal responsibility for how his/her actions and decisions impact and influence the lives of others, said person holds him-/herself accountable and accepts being accountable to others for the equity and inclusion (or lack thereof) in their spheres of influence.

African American vs Black - what is more accepted?
I’m sad that instead of showing that there are no differences between human beings, we are advocating for races (what I understand it is very necessary). Just afraid that will create more division.
