Any charismatic churches with a decent group of young professionals in Philly?

I recently joined Microsoft and see there is lot of internal politics ..i am not sure about all teams.but only my team

Managers are assigning good works to people who are close to them or favourite rather than good people ...is it true in all teams or only in my team..also it's not my individual opinion evryone gossiping the same in my team

I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. There is an upcoming appraisal cycle in September, so I wanted to ask how much can I expect Microsoft to adjust the base salary in this appraisal cycle ( given my performance was decent) ?

I am not originally from US but I have been living and working here since 2018. Unfortunately I do not have any knowledge in IRA, Roth IRA, Backdoor, etc…so for for now what I do is to max out my 401K just to match what my employer pay and I invest all my money using an investment account with Merry Linch (guided investment).
Is there an easy way to learn more about this topics? (Something very simple like “for dummies”) everything that I found so far is confusing to me…
