They’re also in vastly different parts of the US. What I’d key in on is the accounts you’d be staffed for and the CDs you’d be working under. No point going someplace to work on a shitty account with a CD whose work you don’t admire.
As a fellow copywriter, I’d go work under Jeff Kling at Fallon. Dude is one of the best writers ever.

1998?!!!
What you do is not humble brag. Congrats!
@account1. That’s not humble bragging. That’s just bragging.
What @CW said
Don’t worry about the name on the door. What accounts will you be on and who is your boss?
Yeah CW2 is right. The people matter. The city matters. More than the name on the building, in most cases
NY agencies pay more to make up for that, though. Don’t let cost of living affect your decision, let the city itself do that.
Not CP+B They’ve closed a lot of shops cost of living is just as bad in Boulder as NY.
NY is actually more manageable than people think it is. (I’m there now) I’d do Fallon or BBH TBH.
I'm guessing OP is just saying what if. Never worked there, but through deduction I would say BBH. In the holding company but have a deal that allows for them to make their own creative decisions. Good luck and stuff.
Don’t go to CPB. Not great for a junior. and Boulder is insanely pricey. Median income is 99k. Juniors start at 45. I was there for 3 years and never got even a “cost of living adjustment” raise.
I’ve heard amazing things about the leadership at Fallon. And BBH has some pretty cool work perks.
Fallon. Legacy, low cost of living, small shop where you get your hands dirty.
Shoot the hostage...
First of all, post your book. Id love to see a junior portfolio that’s giving all these agencies a hard on. Second of all, what account is going to help you showcase your skills the most? Go there and set yourself up for bigger moves — although it sounds like you have this ad thing down with all four agencies fighting over you. Maybe go to the city that you like the most and brag in bars about the agency you work at that nobody has ever heard of.
Not Leo
Cpb is a great place to produce work as a junior if you’re good and hungry. Many great creative careers built there.
Where do you wanna live?
