I have a case I have enough evidence on to go to summery judgement on off the gate. Procedurally what's the best way to go a out this? D's are unrepresented and extremely difficult about settlement talks.

My background is in tech transactional. I joined a cybersecurity SaaS startup at the end of last year and now also handle more generalist matters in addition to all things commercial-related. I have 3 YOE in CSR and 2 in Corporate Communications. Recently completed executive MBA as well. Work and current company is okay, but feeling saturated with the culture. Currently looking to switch to a company with good culture. Could you please recommend any good ones?

Is tech product manager work similar to PMO or do you do more than that?

I was at Big 4 consulting for a year before lateraling to ACN recently. It’s been about 6 months at ACN. Now I have an industry offer for Product Manager, which has been my eventual goal. Would it be too soon to jump? Or should I stick around for better exits in a couple of years may be? I’m worried the frequent changes won’t look good on my resume
4 YOE overall, TC at Product Manager is about 20-25k > ACN.

SO and I moved to Boston from Texas in January and I absolutely hate it here. Looking for suggestions, words of encouragement, anything to change my mind and enjoy it more!
