My friend invited me to hang out with her and her friends because I was feeling very sad about my breakup. Three of her friends end up hitting on me and just really invading my personal space. I honestly thought they had a joke or game of some sort. I tell my friend it makes me uncomfortable because it’s not something I’m looking for atm. Gay man who works in a large org that is big on diversity and inclusion efforts. I’d say about 50-60% of people (at all levels, across all age groups and races) list their gender pronouns in email signature. I list mine because I see it as a way to show support for colleagues who may not be cisgender. If anyone else works in the same type of environment, do you infer anything about colleagues who choose not to list their gender pronouns? (such as they are homo/trans phobic?)

Well I recently told a guy I have been seeing I have HSV-2. We have not yet been physical but it’s been heading that direction. Man I hate this part - waiting to see what his response will be after he researches and talks to his doctor. I’m on daily meds which help reduce transmission risk.
