My company will be in the office 1-3 days per week starting in September. They have made it very clear that the future of work is hybrid

How are you taking care of yourself if you have depression? All of my ways of staying grounded and motivated were attached to my routine and the fulfillment from work. I feel like I’m losing all motivation and struggling more the longer remote learning goes on.

Do people know if the big 4 are all wfh and onboarding that way as well? Or have they started setting return to office dates?

My company is changing policies for remote work from international to national only. Do I have any leverage? We have an office manager, who is in charge of greeting clients and anybody who walks through the doors, returning of keys, etc., our office manager wants to work a hybrid schedule and we are not opposed to it as long as we can ensure client satisfaction and that the office is orderly. Has anybody been able to make this work?

Saw on LinkedIn that Georgia Pacific is letting vaccinated people return too the office now and soon will let all back who want to be - but if you are unvaccinated you must wear a mask and keep certain distance from others. Unsure of all of the details of that.

Deloitte is remote until at least Sept 6, you can only access offices earlier with express permission. Some limited travel is occurring to client site prior to then.
