I have few offers in hand and I'm working with DI as consultant. What are the chances that I have to be retained by DI itself? Do they match up with Salary provided by others?

Know this is a long shot, but if I’m counseled out of one MBB, what are the chances I could get an equivalent job at another? And if not another MBB, thinking that a T2 or B4 could be possible? I’m not even sure I want to stay in consulting, but also feel like I didn’t get a fair shot at it

Are you being asked to help out for absent teachers or taken on extra duties because of the teacher shortage? Are you getting paid extra? What perks are you receiving for helping out? Lastly, is it volunteer or volunteer-told? How are you all managing?

Have a week or so off and thought why not to go to Hawaii? I've never been and keep hearing how beautiful it is. Would it be a good trip for a solo female traveler and what island/ activities would you recommend?

Am I understanding utilization rate correctly? It’s chargeable time over total time? Charged 40 hours and had 10 hours non-charge so my utilization is 80%? If so, wouldn’t it benefit me to understate non-charge hours so my utilization is higher since they only really care about chargeable time anyways? Charge 40 hours still but only put 5 hours non-charge for utilization to be 89% instead of 80%? Or am I misunderstanding how utilization works?

What are the recommended tax saving options apart from 80C, HRA & NPS? Any insights would be much appreciated.
