I am at the 2nd round of my interview for the Recruiter Position for a German Company in Germany. I want to ask what should I prepare for this interview and which situations could they give me to check my Recruitment knowledge? Basic questions have been asked in the first interview.

I’m really sorry to ask, but can someone explain how the Bonus and raises work? I’m new to US and this will be my first time getting this bonus. What %, taxes etc., if promoted. Thanks In advance.
Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
Damn, why are interviews in industry more rigorous. I’ve had to meet 4x the amount of people than interviews in public.
Anyone here a member of Revenue Collective? Is it worth it? What kind of value have you gotten out of it if so? Thanks!
Looking at getting a new office chair, but don’t have any retailers locally. Do I go Herman Miller Aeron or Steelcase Gesture or Steelcase Leap?
Any strategies or resources you could recommend for getting rid of the dreaded annual performance review (or at least lessening the dread) and creating a more effective year round performance feedback system? Our review is currently tied to our end of year bonuses and merit increases, so not sure I could get rid of it entirely. This would be for hourly and management employees, all working on-site.
Found a southwest airlines attendant on bumble. Immediately swiped right because compared to other girls I actually may be able to spend time with her...
Need to define diverse talent metrics to create a scorecard. Challenge is that the available data is based on opting in/out of self identification, that data point can change dramatically YOY. Any recommendations on metrics and scorecard?

Is anyone at Deloitte in the GPS USDC? What do you guys do there, exactly? I got an offer but still not 100% sure what it is about. The offer is for a senior consultant at about 12% more than what I'm currently making, but at EY I'm up for Manager this coming year whereas if I take this offer I'd 99% have to wait until 2022 to be manager. Unsure what to do
Can anyone access mercury right now?
SO I539 in progress since August. Current I94 expires Sep/30. My H1 extension came through till 2020. Advisable for SO to travel to India and get stamped? Would the pending I539 have any impact
I’m in a confusing situation and would appreciate guidance - I had an Investment Bank reach out to me a few days ago and we’ve been scheduling “Intro” calls. They’re not specifically using the word “interview” in the conversation. I got yet another intro call scheduled with upper management and honestly don’t know how to prepare? Any tips on how to navigate the situation?
Is PwC still hiring? I'm having a tough time getting the recruiter to respond back to me after 3 really good interviews with Partners. Should I ask the person that referred me to ping the recruiter and see what's up?
Any folks at GT that can help me out here- how often do the associates have to go to the office (2/3 days a week). Has there been any confirmations or is it just WFH indefinitely? Trying to make plans accordingly and need some information! Grant Thornton

How do you make sales? Trying to help a friend who’s a public adjuster find clients, we just had a big storm pass through our area and they do storm damage restoration through insurance, and I just keep hitting dead ends. This is hard.
Wait for promotion in October or take July bonus and leave? I'm so burnt out. It would be nice to get the title but I don't know if I can last that long, and not possible to take leave in between.
Decade+ in and realizing I would rather be either in pure play brand consulting (like an Interbrand) or in consumer/culture advisory (deeper thought leadership, trends, consulting, like a Gartner or a WGSN ish) than stay in ad agencies working on campaign development. Has anyone made a pivot like this successfully? I feel like I am at a point where there are some skills or experiences those worlds require that I haven’t been able to “go deep” on, consistently in agency brand planning world.
A low key advertising trend that sucks is how much work obviously started from someone finding a calendar of National Whatever Days that no one has heard of and then finding a day they can jam the client into.
How can I impress the senior strategist I am about to soon interview with for a junior strategy role? The role is opened cause the account is in a place to train and mentor a junior. I have 3 months of strategy experience from my internship, but going up against people that have 1 year of strategy experience and scarred they would want them more since they have the experience and don’t have to train them that much.
Met someone who is making 100k a month with options with a day job. Is this sustainable? I am a index guy myself. Is learning options worth that much? Any success stories in this group
Hi all! Ive been thinking more and more about in-house creative. Anyone have any thoughts on that corner of the creative world and good brands to create for?
I posted this in the Job Board bowl, but thought I might leave it here as well. Senior Copywriter role in New Orleans. Will consider remote. https://peteramayer.com/careers
Not a confession but looking for some honest answers. It seems like if you are a tall male, it almost doesn’t matter what you look like and people respect you, women want to be with you, etc. Take away a few inches and you have to look like Tom Cruise to get a date. Is it really just about BDE or am I missing something? I’m 5’8” fwiw.
