I got an offer from IBM earlier they didn't discuss the salary and directly sent the offer letter, now I have another offer which is 1.3 lacs more than the IBM's offer. Will IBM counter that offer and provide matching or slightly more than what I received from the other firm?

My temp contract has been extended. I’m relieved to be able to pay the bills, but after giving 70-80 shots a day, I literally dream about giving vaccines almost every night! I'm 1 year out of college and recently inherited $400k and have another $120k saved up from internships and work.

9 am- sign in and check emails
930-11 : look for a new job
11-2 lunch and nap
2-3 : sometimes meetings, mostly begging people for billable work
3-4:30 - proposal work if I have it or more job hunting
5-9pm family time and dinner
10-3am - netflix, videogames, cry myself to sleep
